Due to the platform issues
from last week, below are few quick steps to advise client if they continue
to experience problems loggin onto our trading platforms:
For LIVE SYSTEM clients please follow the steps below:
1.When logging onto the platform, hit the "Settings" button:

2. Input the IP Address number into the Alternative Configuration Server, make
sure Port information is entered exactly as below then click "OK":
3. Continue to login with username and password.
For DEMO SYSTEM clients please follow the steps below:
