FX Support Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Provide service support for IFX Markets clients to deliver excellent client trading experiences and ensuring client satisfactions.
• Provide technical support to assist clients to troubleshoot trading application problems.
• Assist in troubleshoot and maintenance on internal systems.
• FX trading platform administrations.

Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, in communicating with clients via email or over the phone.
• Clear understanding of current web systems available on the Internet. Installation / troubleshoot / maintenance on various web based applications.
• Microsoft Windows Desktop OS (2000, XP Professional), Microsoft Office Application (XP, 2003).
• Strong work ethic, able to interact with clients and users at highest professional level. Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadline. Organizational and prioritization skills are REQUIRED.
• College or University degree, with 1 year working experience in similar industry or support role.

FX Account Executive

IFX Markets, a Foreign Exchange and Futures brokerage firm with offices in London and Boston and over 100 Introducing Brokers worldwide, is seeking highly motivated account executives with strong interpersonal skills for our Boston office.  A Series 3 license or experiences in Foreign Exchange is preferred, however, we are currently interviewing qualified candidates to take part in our training program. Licensed brokers will generate their own leads.
