- any person or entity who is domiciled in, or a citizen of, or maintains a bank account in, Iran, the Balkans, Burma, Cote d’Ivoire, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, or Zimbabwe; or
- any person or entity who is prohibited from receiving U.S. exports, including those (i) on the Denied Parties List or Entity List of the U.S. Bureau of Industry and Security, (ii) on the list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons of the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control, or (iii) involved with missile technology or nuclear, chemical or biological weapons
By completing the registration for such a demo account you certify that you do not fall into any of the above categories of prohibited recipients.
